Abstract

Summary. The leading function of modern higher education is to create an educational environment that will enable each future specialist to build an individual educational trajectory that he needs to achieve their own professional goals and realize themselves in the profession and society. Therefore, the construction of the educational process in the free economic education on the basis of the organization of information and educational environment is one of the possible ways to develop vocational education. The information and educational environment of education should be understood as a purposefully constructed system within the educational activity of free economic education, which includes information resources of educational, scientific, popular nature, information technologies (electronic, remote, mobile) their use, means of organization and management of educational activities. The structure of information and educational environment of education includes electronic resources, means of organization and management of educational activities. The organization and functioning of information and educational environment of education are focused on the active use of digital technologies in accordance with the requirements of vocational education; creation and rapid modification of educational components of the curriculum for future specialists; support of educational activity of everyone taking into account his individual features; implementation of modern technological and methodological approaches to the presentation of educational material in combination with traditional forms, methods and means of teaching; ensuring the availability of educational materials at any time and from any place; organization of feedback and interactive communication of subjects of education with teachers, developers of educational resources and subjects of education among themselves; intensification of the educational process and providing opportunities for each subject to build its own educational trajectory. The depth of professional training in the field of the latest digital technologies creates conditions for the formation of information and digital competence of future professionals as part of their professional culture in higher education.
