PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNICATION AS THE BASIS OF THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

Summary. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the works of many great scientists, teachers and psychologists on the topic of the importance and features of professional and pedagogical communication; the concepts of "communication" and "pedagogical communication" are defined and delimited; the content of the main statements regarding the problem is substantiated. The functions, styles, types, structure and tools of the main question are revealed; the main way of building a culture of professional-pedagogical communication as the basis of professional activity is revealed. The issue of verbal and non-verbal means of contact is discussed in more detail. The main components of the technique of pedagogical communication and a list of necessary skills for a teacher for favorable interaction, which every teacher should strive to master, are given. The importance of the teacher's role as a communication partner when he comes into contact with students is emphasized; it gives more freedom to the teacher and requires increased activity. The main thing is for the teacher to build and leave a positive impression of himself in the eyes of the students. Empirical research was also conducted in the form of a survey and questionnaire on the basis of the Southern Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky, in which students of the III-IV courses of the "Elementary Education" specialty participated. Its results recorded the specificity and inclination to the style of professional-pedagogical communication of future primary school teachers, revealed the assessment of self-control in communication and the level of development of the ability to control and manage behavior during interaction with the future student. It is noted that it is necessary to increase the level of communicative control of students of this field of training, as well as to increase the share of choosing the style of "friendly interaction" in communication. In addition, it is important that the work on preparing the future primary school teacher for communication is carried out during the entire period of study at the university.
