ECONOMIC COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF HUMANITIES: AN ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH

Abstract

In today's conditions of rapid economic development, financial crises, and instability in the labor market, knowledge of economic fundamentals is becoming important for every specialist. The article highlights an important aspect of the training of future teachers – economic, which is a necessary condition for their successful professional activity in the conditions of modern socioeconomic demands and tasks and orientation in the economic space of the profession. It has been proven that the integration of economic knowledge into the professional training of future teachers of the humanities corresponds to the global trend of an interdisciplinary approach. This contributes to a more efficient use of resources, increasing the competitiveness of graduates of pedagogical institutions of higher education, forming their ability to adapt in a market economy, and developing entrepreneurial skills. The environmental approach in higher pedagogical education is characterized as a conceptual strategy for organizing the educational process, based on the creation and management of an educational environment that provides optimal conditions for the professional and personal development of future teachers. It has been determined that the environmental approach involves the creation of a favorable educational environment for the development of professional competencies and is a promising direction for the modernization of pedagogical education. Taking into account economic aspects in this approach contributes to the formation of a conscious attitude in future teachers towards the economic component of their professional activities. It is shown that the educational environment of a higher education institution that is effective for implementing the economic component of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of humanitarian specialties must be integrative and comprehensive, technologically equipped, socially oriented and practically oriented.
