Анотація. У статті досліджується проблема індивідуалізації та диференціації навчання у навчальних закладах Австрії; показано вплив міграційних процесів на трансформацію змісту освіти; проаналізовано особливості впровадження індивідуалізації та диференціації навчання; визначено подальші перспективи розвитку процесів індивідуалізації і диференціації у вітчизняній системі освіти.
