REALIZATION OF PEDAGOGICS OF PARTNERSHIP IN THE COOPERATION OF EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND FAMILY IN THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Summary. Pedagogy of partnership as a basis of creating safe and comfortable educational environment of New Ukrainian School is outlined in the article. It contributes to development of every pupil, provides its self-realization, increases motivation of education. The main condition of successful pupils` education, development and upbringing is integration of children`s parents into the educational process. The research focuses on the areas of cooperation of the educational establishment and a family. Rules and principles of partnership cooperation are formulated. Actual principles of partnership cooperation are voluntariness, durability and mutual responsibility. Partnership cooperation is provided on the levels of family, professional activity of a teacher, activity of administration of the educational establishment. The attention is paid to contradictions that slow down efficiency of partnership cooperation of school and family, namely absence of common requirements in upbringing and education from the pupils` parents and teachers, low level of parents` responsibility during such cooperation. Prospective model of partnership, technics and methods of partnership cooperation of a teacher and pupils` parents are investigated in connection with mentioned contradictions. Training exercises with teachers and parents that suggest discussions, debates, group work are given. Interactive techniques that you can use with teachers and parents with the aim of understanding essence of partnership cooperation, their cohesion and creation of the necessary conditions for individual development of every child in the educational establishment and outside of it are analyzed. Such methods as Brainstorming, Jigsaw, and a moving game called Molecules and so on contribute to focus parents on active cooperation and discussion of various issues. We need to involve parents into experimental activity with the aim of a better understanding essence of the family education styles and other actual problems of the educational process.
