METHODOLOGY FOR RESEARCHING THE PROBLEM OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL WORK IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the study of the methodological basis for researching the problem of development of sports and recreational work in higher education institutions, which is revealed at the philosophical, general scientific and specific scientific levels. At the philosophical level, there are dialectical, humanistic, anthropological, axiological, and integrative approaches that provide a deep understanding of the essence of sports and recreation activities. At the level of general scientific methodology – synergetic, systemic, cultural, functional, structural and functional, acmeological, competence, empirical, activity, interdisciplinary, personality-oriented approaches that form a single methodological basis for the analysis and transformation of sports and recreation activities in higher education institutions, providing a holistic view of physical education as a dynamic system that takes into account the interaction of various components, cultural and social factors, as well as the active participation of students. At the level of specific scientific methodology – historical and methodological, pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical, socio-cultural, medical and biological, inclusive, digital approaches that allow to identify effective ways of developing sports and recreation work in higher education institutions of Ukraine, taking into account current challenges and trends. It is concluded that the methodology for researching the problem of development of sports and recreation work in higher education institutions of Ukraine is a comprehensive and multilevel system that allows, at the theoretical and practical levels, to objectively reproduce and outline the conceptual vectors of development of sports and recreation activities in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The integration of philosophical, general scientific, specific scientific and procedural approaches provides a comprehensive analysis of the structural, functional and cultural aspects of sports and recreational work, which makes it possible to develop effective strategies for improving physical education and forming a healthy lifestyle of student youth.
