PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTIES OF SCHOOL SOCIAL EDUCATOR

In the article the requirements for professional and personal properties of school social educators are carried out. The author marks out the level of knowledge, skills and abilities which the social specialists should have for realization of qualitative and efficient social work at school. First of all in this research she points out among professional skills analytical, prognostic, projective, reflexive and communicative abilities. The author emphasizes also the professional basic features of school social educators. Besides that she summarizes and systematizes personal properties which play an important role in social educator’s profession. The author pays also a great attention to ethical principles of social specialists’ work.
